Gift cards are delivered by email to the purchaser and contain instructions for sending to your recipient at the time and date of your choice. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.

Upon receipt of a Product for which a return was requested, we will inspect the Product to ensure that the return conditions specified above in Article 1 are met. Subject to the Product meeting those conditions, refund will be made.
You shall be liable for any diminished value of the Products resulting from the handling of the Products other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Products.
Refunds will be made to the original purchaser, in the original method of payment and in the same currency as purchase.
Refunds will occur no later than 14 days after receipt. A confirmation email will be sent to you.
